There's a reason more people don't do this and it's because subs of different sizes will fight each other through different frequencies, so when you do builds with multiple types it won't sound as good as if you just chose the same size for all

Love seeing all those screws man not only do i screw & glue every single joint but I've also started putting some sized washers on the screws with the mindset that it better distributes the pulling force and I can tighten the screw more and pull the seam tighter without the screw sinking into the wood or becoming loose over time. It might seem like over kill but simply throwing a washer on each screw as I go takes like zero time&effort and as long as your screws are evenly spaced & uniform it actually looks cool it gives it an industrial, heavy duty kind of look almost like rivets. Give it a shot some time jus for shitz&gigs you'll see what I mean.
